YETI is actively seeking a Store Experience Leader (Store Manager) to lead our store located in Dallas, Texas. You will provide leadership and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will determine and maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit, hire, coach, and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn will provide a “wow” factor level of customer experience. You drive store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets, upholding store operational and visual merchandising standards. You have a customer first mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Profitability
- Maximize store sales and achieves store sales goals
- Measure and monitor progress and results against KPIs
- Manage operating and payroll expenses to maximize sales and profitability
Brand Experience/Customer Service
- Drive excellence in customer service in store by modeling brand service standards
- Monitor customer feedback and address all customer concerns quickly
- Ensure store team engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience
- Cultivate customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding teams’ successes
- Represent your store as an active brand ambassador within the community, including proactively seeking opportunities to engage with customers in community activations
- Execute store marketing events and grow relationships in the community to generate brand awareness and drive traffic
Training & Coaching Team
- Hold store leadership to YETI standard of customer service and engagement, brand identity, product knowledge, and operations
- Execute training programs
- Ensure team is educated on product and assortment to enhance selling and customer engagement
- Conduct store meetings as needed
- Provide timely training, coaching, and feedback to enable team success and growth
Operations & Inventory
- Ensure team follows all company and store policies and procedures
- Create and manage store schedules to support the needs of the business within the allotted payroll plans
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Execute inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately”
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards
- Plan and execute floor-sets and merchandising direction
- Communicate with corporate partners regarding merchandise assortment, trends, and needs
Talent Management
- Attract, recruit, and hire high caliber talent
- Actively maintain a succession plan and pool of qualified candidates for open positions
- Create and develop a high-performing team of customer focused Guides and Leaders
- Plan, communicate, and implement recognition programs for the store team
- Address performance issues appropriately and facilitate any disciplinary action as needed in partnership with Talent
- Provide on-going specific and timely feedback to the team
- Ensure compliance with all Talent policies and procedures
- Maintain an Open-Door Policy
Loss Prevention, Safety, & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures
- Partner with Loss Prevention/Security to identify trends and translate strategies into action to meet company shrink goals
- Address any customer or employee injuries and partner with Talent immediately
Professional Conduct
- Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others while upholding the integrity and values of the brand
- Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, inclusivity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
Qualifications and Attributes:
- High school diploma required; Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred but not required
- At least 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
- Experience in a specialty retail environment, outdoor apparel industry or experience with outdoor equipment sales preferred
- Demonstrated success achieving sales and profit results through leading store team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills founded on an authentic ability to deliver strong customer service
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to balance shifting priorities in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to build, lead, and manage high performing teams
- Detail orientated and excellent organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail systems as well as mobile POS
- Experience executing store community participation and events, with experience planning events preferred
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones, copier, etc.)
- Standing required for entire work shift
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as need

Hari Mari – Part-Time Sales Associate

Job Purpose:

A part-time sales associate that will enthusiastically provide excellent customer service to each visitor at our flagship store in Dallas. This individual will learn the unique features of the Hari Mari product line and become excited to share with customers to meet needs and make sales. Must be outgoing, energetic, and reliable. Must be a team player and possess the Hari Mari core values of honesty, integrity, and service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting and guiding customers through the sales process
- Complete knowledge of Point of Sale System
- Merchandising product on floor, windows, and display tables
- Inventory count and replenishment
- Upkeep of store appearance and cleanliness

Vince – Keyholder

The Key Holder is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in our retail stores and will have opening and/or closing responsibility. Associates who demonstrate high degrees of proficiency to interact with the customers and identify their needs will maximize their sales opportunities. Associates will be responsible for continuing the client contact beyond the initial sale. By capturing name, address, phone and email contact information, the associate will use multiple means to communicate and build relationships with the customers. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store. This will include the receiving of merchandise and presentation to the selling floor, processing of markdowns and removal from the floor for transfers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Achieve and exceed the personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your store manager. Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity. Be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and can identify his/her needs and overcome objections if raised. Responsible to do client development beyond the initial transaction; utilizing phone, email & written follow-up contact. Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store. Have computer skills to operate the POS register and email systems. Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention program. Follow all store operational policies and procedures
Preferred skills/experience:
- Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred. Must be a sales-driven, goal-oriented individual. Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing and engaging personality. Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers. Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, Word, Excel and email. Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs. Must have flexibility and open availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
